|Rescue Me ID: 14-02-28-00353Tank (male)|
Meet Tank! This big boy is nothing but love and happiness! Tank was rescued from a high-kill animal shelter in Georgia and tested positive for heart worms. We've gotten him treated at the Colorado State Veterinary Teaching Hospital, so hopefully his next heart worm test will be negative! Tank is such a loving and happy boy. He knows how to sit and is crate trained too! So far, he has done well with other dogs. He really likes his toys and just loves being around people! Tank is up to date on all vaccines and has been dewormed. He will also be neutered once he is officially heart worm negative. This is such a fun dog and deserves a loving forever home. Please consider making Tank a part of your family! Our adoption process begins with you meeting Tank. Feel free to schedule a play date with him and your existing pets. After you fill out an application, we will verify your references and do a brief home inspection. If all goes well, we will deliver Tank to you for a small adoption fee. You will also have the option to purchase a wire kennel for an additional fee. We then ask that you sign our adoption contract. We will also do a follow-up visit approximately two weeks to one month after the adoption to insure that Tank is adjusting well to his new home and that he is happy and healthy. We feel our adoption process is the best way to vet good owners and to guard against people seeking dogs for dog fighting, bait dogs, and/or dog sales. We only have our rescue dogs' best interests in mind and we do everything we can to insure that they go to the very best home and that it's the perfect fit. (Less)

|Rescue Me ID: 14-02-17-00281Ike (male)|
Ike is a great looking dog! Very gentle, loving boy. Get's along with most dogs. He has a friend that's about the same size as he is. They play well together! Ike is fully crate trained, house broken he may need a little work on refreshing, but really does well. We aren't sure about cats. Ike has never been around one that we know of. Ike enjoys walks, not sure about being a runner or jogger cause our guy is lazy. We are pretty sure he wouldn't mind cuddling in a warm bed on cold nights, though he may snore a bit, but who could turn that handsome face away? Also Ike has eyes that are just gorgeous! It's the first thing anyone meeting Ike sees. He's truly stunning! If you would like to adopt or meet Ike, please email us for an application at firstname.lastname@example.org Once we send you the application and it is return to us completed, we will contact you and schedule a meet and greet with your family and Ike. Ike's adoption donation fee is $150.00 for the month of February. Note: Our rescue has the right to request home checks on our dogs being adopted. (Less)

Bullmastiff Dogs can make good pets in Colorado if they match your IifestyIe. The Bullmastiff is a large, powerful dog related to the English Bulldog. Bullmastiffs are very loyal and devoted to their families. Bullmastiffs are very protective and make good guard dogs. A Bullmastiff is a good family pet and gets along well with children, but should be supervised with little ones because of its large size. Bullmastiffs need firm masters. Bullmastiffs need attention and to be treated like part of the family; they should not be left alone. Bullmastiffs may be lazy and not enjoy exercise but need a daily walk and should not be allowed to put on too much excess weight. A Bullmastiff can live in an apartment if it gets enough daily exercise.
