    Roxy is a bull mastiff mix that is excellent with adults and kids. She's very patient with children, however, a watchful eye may be necessary as she doesn't know her size and believes she will fit into any size lap. She is good with two dogs that she currently lives with, / chihuahua and terrier mix, however she is aggressive with other animals. She is fearful of loud sounds and just likes to sit near you if she becomes afraid. She loves people and loves attention and belly rubs.

    Ru'Le is a very sweet, house trained, mellow girl, looking for her retirement home. She was dumped by her breeder after her breeding days were done. When she arrived at rescue, she was unable to walk due to arthritis. A serious of trials determined she will need steroids every other day for the remainder of her life to remain mobile. She enjoys short walks, cuddling with her people, and living the life of leisure. She loses her foster home on 10/7 and is in search of a soft place to land. Please inquire at

    Bullmastiff Dogs can make good pets in Colorado if they match your IifestyIe. The Bullmastiff is a large, powerful dog related to the English Bulldog. Bullmastiffs are very loyal and devoted to their families. Bullmastiffs are very protective and make good guard dogs. A Bullmastiff is a good family pet and gets along well with children, but should be supervised with little ones because of its large size. Bullmastiffs need firm masters. Bullmastiffs need attention and to be treated like part of the family; they should not be left alone. Bullmastiffs may be lazy and not enjoy exercise but need a daily walk and should not be allowed to put on too much excess weight. A Bullmastiff can live in an apartment if it gets enough daily exercise.
